virtualflats.com holds the authority to decline return requests for items returned beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition differing from their original shipped state. Should you need to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—consolidating them into a single box is permitted. A key point: all return forms must be included; without these, refunds cannot be handled correctly.

Only original products in their unopened packaging and free from damage will be accepted for return by virtualflats.com.

Once we receive your return in good condition, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and tied to the email address you provided. Note that credit card refunds are always dependent on the credit card issuer, and returns or refunds might take a bit longer than usual.
